1 General Terms & Conditions

New pk look (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online entertainment and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Platform and its users.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• New pk look reserves the right to close any account at any time if it was registered using false or inaccurate information.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

As part of the verification process, new pk look may request your National ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the given timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

5 Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory for all members when placing bets at new pk look:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued.
• If odds change before a match kicks off, the bet must be confirmed at the updated odds.
• In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds at the moment you place your bet are final.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• New pk look reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns.

Sports Betting follows the rules of international sports governing bodies. In the event of any dispute over a result, new pk look's decision shall be considered final.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A minimum deposit threshold must be met in order to claim a bonus.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus (generally 5x–30x) must be completed within the specified time period.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to take a break from your account for anywhere between 1 week and 5 years.
• Lowering your betting limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• It is the member's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing their account.
